WHO WE ARE

About KOFA

KOFA Consulting is a boutique consulting firm helping mission-led organisations move from bold ideas to fundable, partnership-ready, and impact-focused work.

OUR STORY

Built for organisations navigating complexity.

KOFA was founded by consultants with experience across philanthropy, grants, project management, advocacy, campaigns, nonprofit strategy, legal and policy-informed work, facilitation, and international development.

The firm was built for organisations that are navigating complexity and need thoughtful, practical, and high-quality support without the heaviness of a large consultancy.

We understand the pressures facing mission-led teams: ambitious goals, limited time, competitive funding, changing political contexts, and communities whose needs cannot wait. KOFA exists to help teams cut through that complexity and build clear, fundable pathways forward.

WHY KOFA

What makes us different

We sit between strategy, funding, and advocacy

Many consultants focus on one lane. KOFA connects the lanes: idea design, funder thinking, advocacy, campaign strategy, facilitation, and project management.

We are practical

Our work does not end with a nice-looking document. We help teams make decisions, shape opportunities, and move forward.

We are globally minded

Our consultant network and focus spans Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States, giving clients cross-regional insight and culturally aware strategy.

We understand complex social issues

We work across gender, migration, exploitation, trafficking, development, AI ethics, leadership, and inclusion.
